The brothers are enjoying the convenience and the safety of the rail trail. They also enjoy the company of the other two bicyclists. However, they noticed that a group of four has more “inertia” than a group of two. There is always someone who needs to stop at a store, has a flat tire, or wants to rest just a little more – and keeps up everyone else.
Below see pictures of the trail and a bridge that once was a railroad bridge. Also two pictures of the Missouri (shortly before going for a swim).
